Inmost Ease Counseling & Behavioral Health PLLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally-responsive virtual counseling services to individuals and couples across Florida and Texas. We believe that everyone deserves access to expert mental health support in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Our mission is to foster healing and resilience by offering personalized care that honors each client’s unique background, experiences, and values.
We specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. Our experienced clinicians combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with cultural sensitivity to create meaningful change. We are committed to making mental health care accessible, which is why we offer free 15-minute consultations to help you determine if our services are the right fit for your needs.
Our Clinical Director
Kimberly M. Lauriston is a licensed clinical social worker supervisor that has over 15 years of experience in government and nonprofit spaces like the Texas Health & Human Commission, City of Austin, The University of Texas at Austin, and more. A champion of transforming the care given to immigrant communities, Black expected mothers, unhoused neighbors, and individuals living with mental health and substance use conditions, she works to address the impacts of systemic, institutional, and personal harm on her clients’ mental wellbeing. Her lived experiences as well as the experiences of her clients has empowered her to make a true impact in her clients and her community.

Our Services

Individual Counseling
Personalized one-on-one therapy sessions addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Our clinicians provide evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique needs and cultural background.
Session Rates
Individual (50 min): $150
Couples (90 min): $200
**A sliding scale fee can be provided upon request and based on slot availability.

Aetna, Cigna/Everworth
**Insurance does not cover couples counseling.
